Waveney Valley Lakes is on the Norfolk / Suffolk border, 20 miles due south of Norwich. The village of Wortwell lies approximately 2 miles from Harleston and 5 miles from Bungay, just of the main A143. Waveney Valley Lakes, Wortwell, Norfolk, IP20 0EJ

Over 10 miles of circular footpath walks have been designated by the Wortwell Parish Council. Pick up the 'Wortwell Walks' leaflet in our reception which includes a map and details of 3 walks, all with different aspects and interests. Our laundry houses a library of leaflets with local attractions including Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park and Nature Reserve at Fakenham, and Banham Zoo. Not forgetting that you are not far from the sea, with Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Southwold all within 30-40 minutes drive. Norwich City is nearer still with its popular cathedral, Castle and good shopping.
