we did not like this site the owner was rude and had no manners at all. the pool was frezzing. and no where to play away from the tents he even said "the children should play in the woods next door "but you would have to go with them becose thay are dangous but fun. so when on sit the kids have 2 swings and a pool wich is frezzing and you dont want them in or thay will catch a cold like my son.so you hardly notice the 3 flight paths . and the A14 1 feild away i would never go there agine.or recomend it to any one with kids.

my family and i visited this site 13-17aug06.the site was well layed out though the tourers and tents were all mixed in together it wasnt a problem for us!The toilets and showers were ok but could do with updating.Other facilities were fine but the so called park was disappointing. The swimming pool was very cold as it isnt heated and was closed for most of 1 of our days due to cleaning (thought it could of been done a lot quicker). When booking by phone i thought the staff seemed very friendly but didnt seem so when we were there.

Having been shown to our allocated pitch from reception
We discovered that the occupants from the next pitched had encroached on part of our pitch -this was due to poor markings and control- upon complaining another pitch was offered which at first was ok - Later that night we were invaded by campers - They were allowed to pitch their tents anywhere and everywhere clearly in breech of Fire Regulations some where so close to our Caravan had we wished to leave they would of had to dismantle their tents THIS SITE IS NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU WISH A LITTLE SPACE AND PRIVACY - THE TOILET BLOCK ALSO LEAVES A LOT TO THE IMAGINATION - FRESH WATER IS JUST A STAND PIPE IN A FIELD - There are also several run down caravans littered around the site -and the attitude of certain members of staff leave a lot to be desired. Date of Stay 21st-23rd of July Mr Brock
