Owner's description
The Greater Yarmouth area has as little or as much as you want to do. Miles of gentle waterways, wide sandy beaches and interesting nature reserves make it perfect for relaxation, whilst nearby Great Yarmouth is packed with buzzing shoppers, the fun of the fair, plenty of attractions and of course the donkey rides! Gorleston Blue Flag Beach is just four and a half miles from the park.
Breydon Water has 2 great village areas, just a short walk apart along a country lane. Choose Yare Village for family fun with an outdoor pool and Waterside Restaurant or Bure Village for a more relaxing base with indoor pool and attractive landscaping.
Although the villages are separated, guests are more than welcome to use the facilities at both including the fantastic evening entertainment available at Yare Village.
