Beautiful countryside, wonderful climate, in the high season lots of entertainment for young and old and in the low season, peace and space but also fun. The front of the campsite stretches along the river ‘the Gardon’ for 700 metres. Because there is a dam just outside the campsite, there is always plenty of water in the river. Just in front of our site there is a large area where you can enjoy swimming, canoeing and fishing. There are also some shallow areas where young children can swim and play and where you can even find gold! Apart from the river our site enjoys a swimming pool which is open from 10 am until 10 pm. On the site there are several play areas for the little ones, and for the older ones there is table tennis, table football and jeux-de-boules as well as football and volleyball facilities. On the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful ‘pizza au feu de bois’ (pizza baked on an open fire). There is also an ‘a la carte’ menu. Children can choose their own pizzas and bake them themselves! There is also the possibility of a ‘take away’. About once a week there is a live band or a disco on the terrace. A television is made available for important (sporting)-events. Every morning fresh bread is available. We also sell cold drinks and ice cream. In the nearby village of Cardet, about 5 minutes walk from the site, there are a few small shops. Supermarkets are situated a little further afield.
