A wonderful site. The amenities were in very good order and very clean, the play park was new and well fenced in. Staff were helpful and must care about the site.
A policy controls noise and the site was quiet from 11.00pm onwards. A member of staff patrolled to ensure the noise was kept down.
Wonderful views across the hills (some of the camping field was sloping but was South facing). Good for families with young children, surrounding fields are home to ponies and sheep.
No shop, we used Cheadle about 8 miles down the road although there is a village with pubs within a short walk.
